Cobras Captures FPBL 10U Championship Title

Pembroke Pines, FL –   Cobras marched undefeated through the 2010 FPBL Spring Playoffs claiming the 10U Title over 4 South Florida teams. In the first playoff round, the Cobras played against and beat the Palm Springs North Rebels 11-0. In the second round the Cobras encountered a very good Coral Springs Sandlot but overcame with a 5-2 victory. In the semi-finals, the Cobras sunk the always challenging Florida Pokers 8-5 in a come from behind thriller and moved ahead to their 7th straight Championship Game this year. In the big game, the Cobras met and were challenged unsuccessfully by the West Boca Panthers. Cobras take away the FPBL Championship Title with a score of 4-1. After taking a couple days off to enjoy the win, the Cobras will be back in action at the Canes World Series tournament beginning on June 2nd in Miramar, FL. Way to go COBRAS!!
